Thank you for shopping with Voulaire.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our website. Our aim is to provide a reliable, transparent and convenient delivery experience for all our customers.
1. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully authorised.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotional events, seasonal sales or other exceptional circumstances, processing times may occasionally be longer.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where tracking information is available.
2. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the delivery destination and circumstances affecting the delivery network.
For most orders delivered within the United Kingdom, delivery normally takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may be affected by:
- Delivery location
- Courier availability
- Seasonal demand
- UK public holidays
- Customs procedures, where applicable
- Severe weather
- Transport disruptions
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date or service has been expressly agreed with you.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Where no other delivery period has been agreed, applicable UK consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days.
3. Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, Voulaire may offer free delivery promotions. Any applicable conditions or minimum order requirements will be clearly displayed at checkout or as part of the relevant promotion.
4. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email, where applicable.
Please check your order confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice any incorrect information.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Tracking information may take a short period to update while the parcel moves through the courier's network.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.
Although we will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
Where an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided by the customer, this may result in delivery delays or the parcel being returned to the sender.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- Nobody is available to receive the parcel;
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
- The parcel has been refused; or
- The courier cannot safely access the delivery location,
the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the parcel in accordance with its delivery procedures.
If a parcel is returned because incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer, we may contact you to arrange redelivery.
Any additional delivery costs, where applicable and legally permitted, will be communicated to you before redelivery is arranged.
8. Delivery Delays
Although we work to ensure that orders are delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These may include:
- Severe weather conditions
- Transport disruptions
- Courier network disruptions
- Customs inspections
- Industrial action
- UK public holidays
- Seasonal increases in demand
- Unexpected operational issues
If your order is delayed, please contact our Customer Service team so that we can assist you.
If a parcel has not arrived within the applicable delivery period, Voulaire will work with the relevant delivery provider to investigate the shipment. As the seller, we remain responsible for addressing delivery problems with you rather than requiring you to resolve the matter directly with the courier.
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If you believe your order has been lost or has not arrived, please contact our Customer Service team.
We will investigate the delivery status with the relevant courier and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with your statutory rights and our applicable policies.
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.
10. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:
- Inspecting the outer packaging before opening it, where possible.
- Taking clear photographs of the packaging and the contents.
- Contacting our Customer Service team as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the packaging and any damaged items until the matter has been investigated, as photographs or other information may be required to assist with the investigation.
11. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request:
- Your order number;
- Photographs of the item received; and
- A brief description of the issue.
Once the issue has been reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with your statutory rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
12. Customs Duties, VAT and Import Charges
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, any applicable taxes, duties or charges will depend on how and where the goods are fulfilled and shipped.
Where applicable, any charges that the customer is required to pay will be communicated as clearly as reasonably possible before or during the purchasing process.
For orders shipped to destinations outside the United Kingdom, local customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for complying with any applicable import requirements in their destination country.
13. Completion of Delivery
A parcel will generally be considered delivered when it has been delivered to the delivery address provided with the order, or to another location or person that you have expressly authorised.
Where you have provided specific delivery instructions, such as authorising delivery to a safe place or nominated neighbour, the courier may follow those instructions where its service permits.
However, Voulaire's legal responsibilities regarding delivery are not excluded by this provision. Where an order has not actually been delivered in accordance with the agreed delivery arrangements, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist.
14. Split Shipments
If an order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be dispatched separately depending on product availability, warehouse location or fulfilment arrangements.
If your order is split into multiple shipments by Voulaire, you will not be charged additional shipping fees solely as a result of the split shipment.
You may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each shipment, where applicable.
15. Customer Service
If you have any questions regarding your order, shipping or delivery, please contact our Customer Service team using the contact details provided on the Voulaire website.
We will do our best to assist you and resolve delivery-related issues as efficiently as possible.
